Calling all Year 2 parents and carers - we need you! 

The fundraiser working group is up and running and we’ve been busy brainstorming and planning. If you’re interested in joining the working group, please come forward - the more the merrier! 

Majority of you will be aware that the online auction is an important contributor to the overall success of the annual fundraiser. And that’s why we’re contacting you today! We’re needing to rally the troops and get everyone geared to approach businesses and companies asking for contributions, which will then be auctioned online to the school community with all proceeds going to the P&C. 

If you’re new to the school and not familiar with the annual fundraiser, here’s a snapshot! BPPS hosts an annual fundraiser event in August (more details to come on that). It’s the responsibility of Year 2 to organise the fundraiser, in partnership with the P&C. The online auction is a component of the overall fundraiser, which goes live a few weeks before the fundraiser night. To ensure we have enough lead-time to source contributions and get them loaded to the online auction platform we need to get underway now. 

We’ve made the process as simple as possible. Please take the time to read the following resources as we need all hands on deck to make the online auction a great success.
